Despite 3D not being my field of specialization, I do have functional knowledge of the 3D workflow through the programs Blender, Substance Painter, and Unity. Most of my 3D experience was in class exercises, and a little in combining prefabricated assets (see Games page), both of which I greatly enjoyed as an experience.
Introductory test video! Say 'hello' to Skybird! :D
Full-body rig posing test, as well as a turntable. The back accessory was added on a whim, themed off the red crystals that are in the game.
Testing potential cape motion. I wanted a more substantial physical feel like the game uses, so I did not use fabric physics.

I made my beloved Sky:COTL character in Blender as an exercise, with a custom-coloured skintone, custom hair shape and length, and hands that can use some sign language (limited). His model was mostly made for fun and was box-modeled and rigged manually (ie. without using rigify or other extensions) so I could practice/maintain my knowledge of the Blender workflow.

This is a 3D rendered reproduction of a hallway in the downtown montreal RÉSO system. The modelling and UV unwrapping was done by Kahentawaks, and the texturing, lighting, and image rendering were done by myself.
The textures of the floor and right-side wall tiles were requested from Poliigon, and the wallpaper for the left wall was produced by taking multiple pictures of the hallway and meshing the individual photos into panels for texturing use. The flat walls and baseboards were texture painted in Blender.
The lighting is darker due to inexperience with environmental lighting techniques; Despite my lack of knowledge I tried to replicate the main aspects of the lighting, such as the reflections on the floor which were faked by placing invisible bars of light close enough to the tiles to create the illusion of reflections.

This experimental low-poly model, named Grem base in my files, is a personal project that was started during my last month of internship, during which the project I was hired on for was cancelled, allowing me some time to explore and practice my own abilities. The Grem base is modelled after a character of mine, a Grem2 named Lavi, to be used for the purpose of trying out poses and movements for drawing in the same way a wooden mannequin is used for drawing reference. The Grem base encompasses the majority of the creature's anatomy at it's very basic components, including the birdlike feet, fat forearms, and egg-shaped head.
